High-accuracy 3D measurement with touch-trigger and scanning probes. Our CMM delivers repeatable measurements to 0.002mm accuracy across complex geometries, contoured surfaces, and GD&T callouts. Automated programs ensure consistent results across production batches.

Surface Roughness Tester

Portable and benchtop profilometers for measuring Ra, Rz, Rt, and other surface parameters. Calibrated per ISO 4287 standards with digital output for documentation and SPC integration.

Hardness Tester

Rockwell, Vickers, and Brinell hardness testing for incoming material verification and post-heat-treatment validation. Digital readout with statistical analysis capability.

Optical Comparator

Profile projector with 10x-50x magnification for 2D profile inspection. DRO-equipped for precise edge detection and angular measurements on small features.

Pin & Thread Gauges

Complete sets of go/no-go pin gauges, thread plug and ring gauges covering UNC, UNF, metric, and NPT standards. All gauges calibrated annually with NIST traceability.

Height Gauges & Calipers

Mitutoyo digital height gauges and calipers with 0.001mm resolution. Electronic data output for direct SPC integration and automated reporting.
